Commercial: Redland Bay Shopping Village

The Redland Bay Shopping Village Shopping Centre expansion will deliver the first full-line supermarket to the Weinam Creek precinct of Redland Bay. The project includes 5,307m2 of retail GFA, a brand new 'urban heart' and a coastal boulevard activated streetscape.

Industrial: Smart Kitchens, Cooparoo

Smart Kitchens Project, Coorparoo
The project delivered over 30 commercial kitchens to support contact free food delivery systems. For servicability, the Smart Kitchens (Dark Kitchens) project needed to be in a location near population. Delivering an industrial project near residential required a balance of key benchmarks such as air quality & acoustics, as well as a number of site based constraints, particularly flooding.
